How is my data backed up?

All customer data is backed up between 10:00pm and 3:00am PST, five nights a week.  Backups are maintained for 30 days, after which time they are deleted.  If you wish to store data for periods exceeding 30 days, please copy data to your hard drive and arrange to archive it locally.

If you wish to restore a file from backup, please email [e-mail] with the name and path of the target file and the date from which you want it restored.  Also indicate whether you want the restore to overwrite the existing file (if it exists) or if you want the file redirected elsewhere.
