How do I upload my QuickBooks data file to Red Hen?
1. Launch your Red Hen Desktop and select Computer from the Start Menu.

2. If you receive a Citrix Receiver - Security Warning, select Permit all access and check the Do not ask me again for this site option.

3. Locate your local QuickBooks data file. It's location varies based on your local operating system:
- Windows 7 or Vista: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files
- Windows XP or 2000: C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks [Version]
When you locate the file, right-click on it and select Copy.
4. Navigate to the new destination for your QuickBooks Company File. It must be located in K:\Data\ or K:\Clients\ClientName\Data\. You can create sub-folders within the Data, but the QuickBooks Company File cannot be located above the "Data" level. Paste the QuickBooks Company file into the new location.

5. The QuickBooks support files (.ND, .TLG, .DNS) will be created automatically after the copy is complete. You can subsequently double-click on the QuickBooks Company File to open it and the new file will show up in your QuickBooks history list every time you open QuickBooks after that.
