Problem: After installing Citrix Receiver, you may receive one of the prompts below. The prompt may appear when restarting your PC or before or after a session.
Cause: Red Hen Remote does not use a server address or work email address to establish a connection, but the Citrix Receiver client won't take no for an answer...
Solution: Click Cancel. The install will complete and you can subsequently access Red Hen from the website.
